Location: Chew Valley Lake-Herons Green
Observation: Went To Chew Today, sat in van at Herons Green for about 3 hrs. Watching the many House Martins, Barn Swallows & Sand Martins Skimming the surface! Tried with little success to get pictures of them. Also seen on Dam Wall Common Sandpiper, Oystercatcher & 2 Egyptians.
Weather: Cloudy with some heavy showers
Other Species: Common Sandpiper, Oystercatcher, Egyptian Geese, Sand Martin, House Martins, Barn Swallows, Little Egret, Canada Geese, Lapwing, Buzzard, Kestrel, House Sparrow, Pied Wagtail, Common Pochard and all the usual stuff.
